Complaints are handled by the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhavna sluzhba Ukrainy z pytan bezpechnosti kharchovykh produktiv ta zakhystu spozhyvachiv) under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII; disputes may also be taken to court.
