Measure, plan, specify and visualize, then coordinate the build. Each stage closes with a documented set you can hand to a contractor without a follow-up call.
A measured survey comes first. From it we issue base plan A-01, two alternative arrangements (A-02, A-03) and the final layout A-04 with wall, door and furniture positions.
Floor, wall, tile and joinery finishes are specified room by room with supplier and article references, so substitutions stay a decision rather than a surprise.
Socket, switch and lighting circuits are drawn on a dedicated sheet. Illustrative views accompany it to test proportions and material pairings before work starts.
A numbered work package and revision-tracked drawing set support the site team, with scheduled visits at key milestones through the build.
Every set is issued as PDF at A3 with a revision table on each sheet. Read the full deliverables list or the scope boundaries before booking.
Planning ends with a documented set, not a folder of screenshots. Each sheet is issued with a number, an issue date and a revision letter, so your contractor works from the same page you approved.
Files are delivered as print-ready PDF plus DWG for builder coordination. One revision round per sheet is included.
