Prices, rates and cost ranges are indicative. A binding price exists only in a written contract with odessapmort.com (LLC, EDRPOU 27265521). Final cost depends on site assessment, measured scope, chosen materials and market prices.

2. Timelines

Schedules, phase durations and dates are illustrative planning assumptions. Actual timing depends on site readiness, client approvals, supply lead times and third-party acts.

3. Visualisations and drawings

Renderings and drawings are artistic visualisations. Colours, textures, lighting and product availability may differ from the delivered result; they are not executive documentation.

4. Portfolio images

Project photographs may be styled or staged and may differ from your site. They illustrate our design approach and do not guarantee an identical outcome.

5. Role, permits and coordination

odessapmort.com is a design studio. We do not perform construction works or services requiring a qualification certificate of an architect (Law of Ukraine No. 687-XIV «On Architectural Activity»). Permits and town-planning documentation under Law of Ukraine No. 3038-VI «On Regulation of Town-Planning Activity» remain the client’s responsibility. Contractor coordination is organisational; contractors are independent parties liable for their own works.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing here limits rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII «On Protection of Consumer Rights». Complaints: contact@odessapmort.com. Unresolved disputes may be addressed to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.

7. Electronic commerce and personal data
