01 Contact intro

First call, about 15 minutes

A first call that sets the frame of the project

We use the call to understand the apartment, the rooms you want to change, and the date you would like the work to start. You do not need drawings or a finished brief. Two or three dimensions and a rough idea are enough to begin.

The conversation is with a designer from the studio, never a call centre. If a full interior planning scope is not the right fit for your case, we say so on that call and point you toward the step that is.

Start with the plan, not the purchase

Send the apartment address, the number of rooms and a target start date. You get a short written note back on scope, the plan tier that fits, and a time for the first call.

What to Expect

A first call runs about 30 minutes

The call is a working session, not a pitch. Bring what you already have; anything missing we note in the minutes and resolve before the planning stage begins.

  1. Approximate area in m² and the number of rooms, including balconies, loggias and any non-standard ceiling height.
  2. A floor plan from the developer if you have one, or a hand sketch with wall lengths and window positions.
  3. Photographs of the current state, taken from each corner of every room, plus a note on which walls you suspect are load-bearing.
  4. Your budget band per m² and the ceiling you will not cross. The published bands are a starting point for that conversation.
  5. A realistic move-in date, and who else signs off on decisions: partner, family, tenant or landlord.
  6. The two or three things that matter most, whether that is storage, light, a work corner or a kitchen that survives daily cooking.
