2. Scope of services
We provide interior and space planning and renovation coordination as designer and coordinator only; we are not a contractor and do not carry out construction works. Services requiring a кваліфікаційний сертифікат архітектора are not offered.
3. Estimates
Prices and schedules on the site are indicative; final scope, price and deadlines are fixed only in a signed contract.
4. Before you order
You receive the service description, price, terms, timeline and complaint procedure under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. Complaints: contact@odessapmort.com. Unresolved complaints may be sent to the Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів; disputes may go to court.
5. Site use, intellectual property and liability
Texts, drawings and layouts are protected; copying or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited. Advertising is identifiable and not misleading (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР). We are liable within the limits of the contract and Ukrainian law.
6. Personal data and cookies
Forms, callbacks and analytics rely on згода суб'єкта персональних даних under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI. Non-essential cookies and ad tags are set only with prior consent; complaints may go to the Уповноважений Верховної Ради України з прав людини.
